1 large paua
1 large lemon
2 rashers bacon

Tenderise the paua by pounding with a 2X4.

Line and tuck in the bacon rashers around the top of the paua.

Squeeze lemon juice. Wrap the paua in aluminum foil, closing the top. Bake in oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Remove foil from the top of the paua, place back in the oven for 10 more minutes at the same temperature. Serve hot.
