Production Coordinator

A production coordinator oversees the production process, from receiving the raw seafood to packaging the final product. They work closely with various teams, such as processing and packaging, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include scheduling production activities, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that quality standards are met.

Prior production experience is preferred
